Joint Ventures and Mezzanine Finance is available to experienced property developers/investors, where they have the experience and knowledge to complete a project, but lack all the funds, or wish to spread those funds across multiple schemes. In return for funding, the lender takes an enhanced return, usually in the form of a profit share. Generally suited to larger schemes and projects.
